Heavy In Dust

Will you always be out of reach
Painted smile of golden wheat
Your hands once taught
The love I sought
Without warning you disappeared
My eyes shut up & teared
Poetry pelted roughly against my soft soul
My hands recreated you in artistic coal
You skipped over me like a stone
My arms, you once cried, were your home
The most awakened memory of us
Now Buried heavy in dust
